Who runs this site

The website padelimpossible.com is an editorial project under the name PYM Publishing. It is not a registered commercial company, but a brand used by the author of the Padel Impossible book series. For any privacy-related inquiry, please contact us at: info@padelimpossible.com.

Data collected

This website does not collect personally identifiable data. The Card Generator asks you to enter an optional nickname (up to 10 characters) and to pick a role, a special shot, an archetype, a gender representation and, if you wish, to upload a photo of yourself. All of this information is used solely on your device to generate the visual card.

The site does not use registration forms, does not request an email address, last name or year of birth, and does not create user accounts. Any photo you upload stays in your browser and is never sent to any server.

Cookies and local storage

The site only uses technical local storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) to remember your chosen language. We do not use advertising profiling tools. We use GoatCounter solely for aggregate statistics: details in the dedicated section below.

Some pages include links to Amazon for the purchase of books. Amazon is an independent service with its own privacy policy. PADELimpossible is not responsible for the processing of data carried out on external websites.

As we do not collect personally identifiable data, it is technically not possible to perform access, rectification, or erasure operations on data relating to you (none exists). For any questions, please write to info@padelimpossible.com.

Aggregate usage analytics

We use GoatCounter, an open-source and privacy-oriented web analytics tool, to count in aggregate how many people generate a card and which archetypes, roles, and shots are chosen most often. GoatCounter does not set cookies, does not store your IP address, does not create persistent identifiers, and does not allow data to be traced back to you as a person. Nicknames, photos, and any other data you enter in the generator are never transmitted.
